Transportation Program Lynchburg VA
The Lighthouse Cooperative Transportation program assists eligible participants with transportation assistance for the following needs:
To and from employment (your job)
To childcare and school for a dependent child(ren)
To and from job readiness training (i.e., school, conference, or workshop)
Do you qualify for this program?
Do you meet the federal guidelines? (view chart on right)
Do you have legal guardianship or primary custody of minor child(ren) in your home?
If you answered YES to both questions, you may qualify.
If you answer YES to both questions, you may qualify for this program. Download the form below on the left side, print and fill it out completely. Once you have filled both forms out, signed and dated them, you can then upload them in the bottom right 'File Upload' button. (You may need someone to scan the files to they can be digitally uploaded).
Once that has been successfully completed, it will take approximately 30 days for your forms to be processed. The Lighthouse will contact you once we are notified if you qualify or not for this program.
For your convenience, once you have filled out the application, you may scan it and upload it here. You can even take pictures of your application (one page per image), using you mobile phone and the mobile version of our site via your mobile phone’s internet browser app.
